Join a luxury destination offering seven dining concepts, a private club atmosphere, and exceptional service standards. English fluency is essential, with additional languages welcome, as you support reservations and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality in a customer-facing host/guest relations role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the restaurant and its offerings.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism.
• Maintain an organized reception area and reservation system.
• Create a positive and lasting first impression that reflects The Ned Doha's exceptional hospitality standards.

What We’re Looking for

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role within hospitality.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
