The Ned Doha in Doha is seeking a professional Hotel Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for guests, including airport transfers and local sightseeing.

You will maintain vehicle presentation, comply with local regulations, assist guests with luggage, and work flexibly to support our luxury hospitality team.

A valid Qatar driving license, 2+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality, and excellent personal presentation are required.

Formación

• Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar's road network, traffic regulations, and key destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create positive guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a high standard of personal presentation.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying guest luggage safely.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to all Qatar traffic regulations, road safety standards, and hotel policies to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding professionally and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Support operational requirements and perform additional duties assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.
