Job summary

The Ned Doha in Doha is seeking a warm and personable Hostess to help create memorable experiences from guests’ arrival. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, escort guests to tables, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth service in a luxury setting.

We value outstanding communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role within hospitality.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
