Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a dining hall assistant to prepare the dining space before service and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. This role supports smooth service and upholds hygiene standards throughout the shift, contributing to a positive guest experience.

You will assist the captain waiter with mise en place, transport food from kitchen to dining hall, clear tables after meals, and ensure utensils are clean for each service while following instructions.

Qualifications

• Prepare dining hall before service and maintain cleanliness and freshness.
• Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Assist captain waiter in restaurant setup and mise en place.
• Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.
• Clear tables after meals and transport dirty dishes to washing area.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance.
• Follow captain waiter's instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Help captain waiter in the restaurant set up.
• Keep appearance clean and maintain high hygiene level.
• Help captain waiter in mise en place preparation.
• Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.
• Assist captain waiter putting the food plates on clients table.
• Changing ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.
• Clear the table after meal is done and clean it.
• Transport all dirty plates, glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Work under the guidance of captain waiter and follows his/her instructions.
