Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking an entry-level Digital Solutions Associate to help digitize hotel operations, support guest-facing platforms, and streamline internal workflows. You’ll assist across Rooms & F&B, Spa, and other departments with testing, training, and rollout of approved digital tools.

You will work under supervision to manage cloud-based tasks, monitor resources, and ensure smooth adoption of new automation and reporting systems for a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Exposure to end-user support and Microsoft 365 tools preferred.
• Entry-level role with 0–2 years of IT/digital systems experience.
• Comfort with learning new digital tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supports digitalization initiatives across hotel operations including guest-facing platforms, associate tools, dashboards, and forms.
• Documents manual processes and identifies simple efficiency improvements with approved tools.
• Coordinates testing, user feedback, issue logging, and adoption support for digital solutions.
• Provides basic training and user guidance to help associates use digital platforms.
• Assists with cloud platforms and automation tasks under supervision.
• Supports monitoring of cloud resources, service availability, and cost-related reports.
• Provides first-line IT support for associates and guests, prioritizing service requests.
• Ensures prompt escalation of high-impact issues in a timely manner.
