Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking an entry-level Digital Officer to support digital platforms across hotel operations, including guest-facing tools, reporting dashboards, and automation workflows.

You will assist with cloud platforms, IT support for associates, and the maintenance of hospitality systems such as PMS and POS, helping to deliver seamless guest experiences while learning from the Technology Experience team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 0–2 years in IT, digital systems or technology support.
• Experience with hospitality tech and cloud basics is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a luxury hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for associates and guest tech needs.
• Assist in digital solutions, cloud platforms and automation tasks.
• Support PMS, POS and other hotel systems during daily operations.
• Help with data accuracy, basic reporting, and dashboard checks.
• Document issues, follow up and escalate when required.
