Job summary

Hilton in Doha is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive campaigns, brand initiatives, and communications that elevate the guest experience. Responsibilities

Execute marketing campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, ensuring campaigns align with brand objectives and are delivered on time.
Manage content and brand communications: Create, review, and coordinate marketing content, promotional materials, social media activities, and brand messaging to enhance guest engagement and brand awareness.
Coordinate partnerships and promotions: Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, media partners, and stakeholders to support marketing activations, events, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor marketing performance: Track campaign results, prepare marketing reports, analyze key performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
Support special projects: Lead or contribute to departmental initiatives, brand activations, hotel events, and other ad hoc marketing projects that enhance the guest experience and strengthen brand presence.
