Job summary

Hilton Doha is seeking an Assistant Social Media/Content Creator Manager to bring the hotel’s stories to life through compelling visuals and engaging digital experiences. You will produce high-quality photos, videos, reels, and manage content across platforms.

You will collaborate with Marketing, F&B, HR and other departments to promote offers, highlight initiatives, and lead shoots and campaigns, ensuring alignment with Hilton brand standards and guest expectations.

• Lead content creation projects from concept to completion with quality results.
• Monitor comments and interactions, responding professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with Marketing, F&B, HR, and other departments to capture stories and highlight hotel initiatives.
• Track analytics and report performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support hotel events, influencer campaigns, and other creative initiatives as required.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Create engaging content: Develop high-quality photos, videos, reels, and social media content that showcase the hotel's services, facilities, events, and guest experiences.
• Manage social media platforms: Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across the hotel's social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Develop creative content strategies: Research trends, analyze audience insights, and create content plans that align with Hilton brand standards and marketing goals.
• Lead content creation projects: Coordinate photoshoots, video productions, and creative campaigns from concept to completion while ensuring high-quality results.
• Manage social media engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and online interactions, responding professionally and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with departments: Work closely with Marketing, F&B, HR, and other departments to capture stories, promote offers, and highlight hotel initiatives.
• Track and report performance: Monitor social media analytics, engagement, and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support special projects: Assist with hotel events, promotional campaigns, influencer collaborations, and other creative initiatives as required.
