Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager to support the Director of Marketing Communications in delivering brand-aligned communications across channels. Based in Doha, you will safeguard brand integrity, coordinate campaigns, and liaise with agencies and stakeholders to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or marketing
• Strong understanding of brand management, communications and media relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Highly organized, proactive and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns
• Ensure brand assets, content and materials are accurate, consistent and brand compliant
• Coordinate media plans, content calendars and campaign documentation
• Support public relations activities, including press releases, media liaison and coverage tracking
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Manage the hotel’s image and video library and support photography and videography shoots
• Assist with local advertising initiatives and creative briefing
• Respond to media and stakeholder enquiries professionally and timely
• Support reporting, research and administrative duties within Marketing Communications
