Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking an IT Executive for Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara to maintain hotel IT systems and ensure uptime for critical hotel operations. Provides technical assistance across departments, supports networks, servers, and guest connectivity, and coordinates with vendors for maintenance.

The role requires 2–4 years of IT support in hospitality, with knowledge of PMS/POS and CCTV, PBX, and Windows Server.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of IT support experience (hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, Back Office, CCTV, PBX).
• Familiarity with Windows Server, MS Office, networking (LAN/WAN), and Wi‑Fi management.

Responsibilities

• Systems & Network Management for hotel IT infrastructure.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT systems (PMS, POS, accounting software, and hotel apps).
• Monitor LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and server infrastructure.
• Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and security protocols.
