Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail invites an Accounts Supervisor to lead daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls across the hotel.

Based in Doha, this role requires at least two years in hotel accounting, a solid grasp of Opera, Micros, and SunSystems, and proven leadership and analytical skills to support budgeting, payroll review, and audit preparations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality systems (Opera, Micros, SunSystems).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Review daily revenue reports and ensure accuracy across hotel outlets.
• Supervise Income Audit activities and ensure strong internal controls.
• Manage supplier payments, reconciliations, and credit collections.
• Support payroll review and monthly financial reporting.
• Lead, train, and support a small accounting team.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
