Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a full-time Laborer/Semi-Skilled Worker in Doha, Qatar. The role targets applicants with 1–3 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience, especially on shutdowns, turnarounds, or maintenance projects.

You will perform site duties, assist with material handling, and use basic hand tools as directed by supervisors. Candidates must be physically fit, able to lift and carry, and willing to work outdoors in shifts under demanding site conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Laborer or Semi-Skilled Worker in the Oil & Gas industry (shutdowns, turnarounds, or maintenance projects).
• Basic knowledge of material handling, site work, and safe use of hand tools.
• Ability to understand and follow supervisor instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and performing manual work.
• Willingness to work outdoors, in shifts, and in demanding Oil & Gas site conditions.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and reliability.
