Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a proactive HSE professional to conduct daily site safety inspections and toolbox talks at our Doha project. You will ensure PTW compliance, review risk assessments, and support incident investigations, working closely with site teams.

Ideal candidates hold NEBOSH IGC, MIC PTW, and Gate Pass, with proven experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction settings. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• MIC PTW Card is required.
• MIC Gate Pass is required.
• Relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, industrial, or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of PTW, risk assessment, JSA, toolbox talks, and HSE procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.

• Ensure emergency procedures and environmental requirements are followed.
