InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a Health Club Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the Health Club and recreational areas. You will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality experience while using our facilities.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong guest focus, and excellent communication skills. The role requires multitasking and a professional, approachable attitude in a luxury setting on-site at Doha.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist them in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the gym, pool, and changing areas
• Monitor facilities to ensure safety standards and rules are followed
• Provide basic information about equipment and services
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Ensure towels and amenities are well stocked at all times
• Support daily operations of the Health Club and assist guests as needed

Your Day to Day

As a Health Club Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the Health Club and recreational areas. Your role is essential in ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and high-quality experience while using our facilities.

Your job responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests and assist them in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the gym, pool, and changing areas
• Monitor facilities to ensure safety standards and rules are followed
• Provide basic information about equipment and services

What We Need from You

Ideally, you'd have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality, or a related field, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment
• Decent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and handle guest requests and situations
• Professional, positive and approachable attitude
