Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, seeks a Guest Relations Agent to ensure VIP guests receive exceptional personal recognition and seamless service from arrival to departure. You will coordinate with departments, manage guest preferences, and uphold luxury hospitality standards in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Strong communication, fluency in English, and knowledge of Opera PMS are preferred.

• Similar experience in luxury hotel/resort.
• Knowledge in Opera PMS is essential.

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition for VIP guests from arrival to departure.

• Coordinate with other hotel teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Your Day to Day

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for our VIP guests from arrival through departure. You will ensure that VIPs and members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Knowledge in Opera PMS is essential
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
• Additional language is an added advantage
