Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Head of User Acquisition for the Kuwait and Bahrain cluster to lead a high-performance paid acquisition operation across markets. Build the local UA framework, hire and develop the team, and drive sustainable user growth in line with regional targets.

Responsibilities include defining the UA strategy, managing a UA team, collaborating with regional leaders, and driving KPI performance such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and new user volume.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing and scaling paid acquisition budgets in GCC or MENA.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads or programmatic DSPs.
• Experience operating in a multi-market or cluster-based organizational structure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the UA strategy for Kuwait and Bahrain across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and app install channels.
• Lead and coach a team of UA specialists and foster professional development.
• Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing to align cluster strategy with regional objectives and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign management across all paid channels and optimize for efficiency.
