Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, seeks a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to own paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Apple Search Ads for Kuwait and Bahrain.

You will manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, daily optimizations, and cross‑functional collaboration with Creatives and Analytics to drive CPI/CPA and ROAS targets.

4+ years in paid UA, GCC experience preferred, English required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Experience managing significant paid budgets across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads or programmatic.
• GCC or broader MENA region experience preferred; app marketing background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across key channels and regions.
• Drive day-to-day performance through testing, bidding, and landing page alignment to hit CPI, CPA, and ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to share insights and improve attribution across clusters.
