Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a CRM & Growth Architect Lead in Qatar to own the strategic and technical evolution of the CRM Martech stack. You will drive platform scalability, data governance, and advanced personalization across lifecycle programs while coordinating with CRM, Product, BI, and Engineering teams.

Lead Braze integrations, campaigns, and governance, and mentor junior specialists. You’ll collaborate across marketing channels, optimize lifecycle KPIs, and scale automation using connected data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM/Marketing Automation.
• Strong ability to design personalized customer journeys.
• Experience with data models, attributes, events, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CRM Martech stack for scalability and governance.
• Design and deploy scalable lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, reactivation, retention).
• Lead data governance, real-time data sync, and integration management with BI/Engineering.
