Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisines and culinary techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus that are in line with our restaurant's concept and standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
