Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs; excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute menus featuring international cuisine
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
• Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
