Job summary

Marriott International in West Bay, Doha, Qatar, seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the restaurant kitchen's quality, consistency, and production. You will personally perform tasks while leading staff and managing all food-related functions.

You will coordinate menus, purchasing, staffing, and food preparation, work with the team to improve guest and employee satisfaction, ensure sanitation and food standards, and develop and train the team to enhance results.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with 4 years in culinary/F&B or related area.
• Alternative: 2-year degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel and Restaurant Management with 2 years in culinary/F&B or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, consistency and production of the restaurant kitchen.
