Job summary

Qatar Wellness Network in Ar-Ruwais invites an experienced Head Chef to lead our Arabic kitchen, craft menu concepts, and ensure consistent quality across all dishes. You will oversee operations, manage food costs, inventory, and training of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional Arabic cuisine.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in a senior kitchen role in high-volume settings, fluent English (Arabic preferred). A culinary degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant specializing in Arabic cuisine.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.

As a Head Chef specializing in Arabic cuisine you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of our restaurant located in Ar-Ruwais Your role will involve creating and developing menus managing food costs and inventory training and supervising kitchen staff and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served

Requirements

Salary

Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month with potential for increase based on performance
