You will own Gulf country sales planning, forecasting, field readiness, launches, and performance reviews, while ensuring governance and compliance with Pfizer policies. English fluency required; Arabic is desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma or healthcare with sales leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Gulf healthcare markets, tenders, and distributors.
• Proven revenue and profitability delivery, launches, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making.
• Comfort leading remotely and across geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Gulf revenue, forecasts, risks, and investment deployment.
• Translate priorities into country sales plans and launch plans.
• Lead field execution standards and territory design.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and action plans.
