Job summary

Qatar Living in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Sales Senior Supervisor to oversee daily sales activities, drive targets, and expand market coverage for FMCG products across retailers and distributors. The role focuses on increasing distribution and ensuring promotions and product availability in the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will supervise and train the sales team, plan visits and forecasts, monitor performance, and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sustained growth

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in food products, snacks, or beverages.
• Experience as a sales supervisor or in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market, including supermarkets and wholesale channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
• Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
• Transferable Qatar visa / NOC is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare daily sales plans, customer visit schedules, and monthly sales forecasts.
• Monitor sales representatives' daily activities, attendance, customer visits, and productivity.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and address challenges.
• Train the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
• Expand distribution across supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and other retail outlets.
• Develop new customers and identify opportunities to improve market share.
• Ensure product availability and proper stock replenishment at customer locations.
