Job summary

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a courteous Guest Service Officer – Concierge to join our Front Office team. You will be the main point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service and tailored recommendations to ensure memorable stays.

The role requires fluency in English, strong communication skills, local knowledge of Doha, and the ability to multitask calmly in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 5-star hotel is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong local knowledge of Doha’s dining, entertainment, and cultural scene.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic or others) are a strong advantage.
