Job summary

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a courteous Guest Service Officer – Concierge to join our Front Office team. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service and tailored recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates have prior Concierge or Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel, with strong communication and a solid knowledge of Doha dining and cultural scene. Fluency in English is required, Arabic a plus; local knowledge highly valued.

Qualifications

• Prior Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong local knowledge of Doha.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact for guests, delivering personalized service and tailored recommendations.
• Ensure each stay is smooth, memorable, and truly exceptional.
• Coordinate with Front Office to support guest requests and needs.

• Strong local knowledge of Doha’s dining, entertainment, and cultural scene.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic or others) are a strong advantage.
