Rosewood Doha is seeking a dedicated Front Office leader to uphold the highest standards of guest service within our luxury property. You will oversee Front Office operations, drive quality initiatives, and ensure a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints.

This role focuses on team leadership, performance management, and collaboration with guest relations to welcome VIP guests and manage daily arrivals.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hotel Front Office operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to uphold brand service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Rosewood service standards across Front of House.
• Lead initiatives to raise awareness of service standards.
• Review daily activities of areas responsible for.
• Coordinate with Guest Relations for arrivals and VIPs.
• Maximize inventory during high occupancy and sell-out nights.
• Promote hotel services to increase revenue from outlets.
• Forecast revenue and payroll and manage budgets.
