Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage with guests from arrival to departure.
• Provide personalized and attentive service, anticipating guest needs.
• Handle inquiries, requests and concerns promptly with follow-up and resolution.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, room assignments, reservations and front office tasks.
• Build relationships and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate special requests, VIP arrivals and guest preferences.
• Maintain records of guest interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
