Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a warm, dynamic, and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, creating meaningful and memorable experiences for our guests through personalized service, attentive care, and genuine hospitality.

What you will be doing:

• Warmly welcome and engage with guests upon arrival, throughout their stay, and at departure.
• Provide personalized and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, room assignments, reservations, and other Front Office operations as required.
• Build strong relationships with guests and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate and follow up on special requests, celebrations, VIP arrivals, and guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback.
• Conduct regular guest interactions and gather feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth delivery of guest services.
• Assist in coordinating guest activities, experiences, and special events.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and local experiences to enhance the guest stay.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, following through to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional presence at all times, representing the values and spirit of MGallery.
• Contribute to creating Meaningful & Memorable Moments for our guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
