Job summary

Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection is seeking a dynamic Guest Relations Intern to join our team in Doha. This internship offers hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, and guest relations, with mentoring from seasoned professionals and opportunities to grow within Accor’s global network.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn and enthusiastic.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
• Gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.
