Job summary

Accor's Alwadi Doha MGallery Hotel Collection is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Doha to oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier guest experiences across a boutique, luxury setting.

The role requires leadership in a hospitality environment, strong guest focus, and experience with Opera or similar systems to coordinate housekeeping activities and staff performance.

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards with friendly and engaging service.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
• Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.
