Job summary

Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a Telephone Operator to receive guest calls professionally, forward them promptly, and support smooth service across all hotel departments. You will maintain the switchboard, update wake-up calls and telephone lists, monitor long-distance logs, and contribute to guest satisfaction and Quality Audit targets.

Responsibilities

• Receive guest calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Operate the switchboard and ensure fast, accurate transfers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
• Update wake-up call sheets and telephone logs.
• Coordinate communications with other departments in emergencies.
• Support training and uphold Rixos hospitality standards.
