Job summary

Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a Telephone Operator to join our frontline team. You will handle guest calls, route inquiries, and maintain a courteous, professional image in line with Rixos standards.

With 1–2 years in hospitality or concierge roles, you will speak Arabic and English fluently, be well-groomed, punctual, and able to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction. Training will be provided to uphold TrustYou QA targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, or customer service.
• Professional appearance: well-groomed, punctual and dependable.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests' calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve guests' complaints/requests and liaise with relevant departments.
• Maintain the switchboard operation and ensure fast, accurate call transfer.
• Keep guests informed about hotel facilities and services; greet callers by name.
• Support wake-up calls and manage long-distance call vouchers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
