Job summary

AccorHotel is seeking a seasoned Front-of-House leader to manage Traiteur Caf, Dine-in area, Sushi Bar and Live Arabic Bakery in Doha. You will direct daily operations, mentor staff and ensure a warm, premium guest experience from arrival through departure.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury hotels, strong supervisory skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence, with focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in luxury hotels or upscale hospitality environments.
• Strong guest relations and service orientation.
• Proven track record in front‑of‑house operations and supervision.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations across Traiteur Caf, Dine-in, Sushi Bar and Live Bakery.
• Lead, coach and develop the FOH team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive revenue through upselling and guest experience enhancements.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams for seamless service.
• Monitor standards, cleanliness, ambience and guest satisfaction.
