Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations across the property with the Executive Chef.
• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen brigade, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Uphold standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene across venues and events.
• Contribute to menu development, cost control and inventory management.
• Drive excellence during high-volume service periods and events.
