• Maintain a friendly and diplomatic relationship with guests entering the restaurant or bar.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Ensure reservation information is properly documented (time, date, covers, name/room, contact).
• Prepare table allocations from reservation book before seating periods.
• Maintain good communication with management.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items.
• Prepare and check tables before service; clear and reset tables.
• Ensure company procedures are followed when delivering food from kitchen to guests.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and order at all times (tables, chairs, floors, service station).
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
