Responsibilities

• Seats, takes orders, and serves food and beverage to guests following established procedures.
• Presents menus, answers inquiries, and suggests pairings.
• Keeps counters/tables clean and reset after service segments.
• Performs cashier duties and processes payments, adhering to cash handling policies.
• Maintains brand standards and supports other departments as needed.
• Contributes to daily closing reports and general restaurant operations.
