Work in USA is seeking a friendly Concierge Assistant for our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This entry-level role welcomes Pakistani nationals and provides training; English proficiency is not required for this position.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, arrange reservations and tours, handle inquiries, and keep the lobby welcoming. A valid Qatar visa is required; prior customer service helps but is not essential.

Qualifications

• Pakistani national preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Urdu
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Must have own visa for employment in Qatar

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person requests for information or assistance
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services
• Arrange tours and activities for guests
• Maintain knowledge of the local area including restaurants, attractions, and events
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
