Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay.
• Provide detailed information, advice and booking services for tours, theatre tickets, reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of directions to points of interest and local services.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure lobby areas meet safety and presentation standards.
• Handle guest mail, courier services, and messages in a timely manner.
