Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests on arrival and assists with luggage delivery to rooms.
• Loads and unloads baggage from vehicles; logs luggage in log control sheets.
• Escorts guests to rooms and explains hotel services; informs on facilities and emergency exits.
• Keeps informed about Wyndham products and local travel information for guests.
• Handles guest requests politely and follows up with relevant staff when needed.
• Calls guests by name whenever possible and maintains high personal grooming standards.
• Ensures the designated uniform is worn, pressed, and name badge visible.
• Stores guest luggage securely and maintains luggage storage area cleanliness.
