You will identify new opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that boost brand presence and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
• Experience within a marketing agency, advertising agency, media company, creative studio, or digital agency is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, advertising, and business growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential corporate clients across Qatar.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, Linked In, email campaigns, and business events.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
• Understand client objectives and recommend branding, marketing, media, and digital solutions that create value.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business pitches in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM records accurately.
• Represent Fioreva Studio at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
