Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Grooming and Style Manager to set and maintain grooming policies, inspect staff appearance, and drive uniform programs across Qatar Duty Free. You will lead grooming initiatives, collaborate with departments, and provide training to line managers and staff.

The role requires strong customer service background, fashion/beauty experience, and excellent English communication. A proactive, organized leader will manage projects and ensure brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service sector.
• Fashion and/or beauty experience.
• Fashion, grooming and beauty related certifications.
• Command of English language.

Responsabilités

• Create, update and manage grooming policies and procedures for Qatar Duty Free staff.
• Ensure grooming standards and processes are clearly defined and auditable.
• Develop grooming training solutions with the training department and deliver staff training.
• Provide leadership and guidance to line managers on grooming topics and compliance.
