Job summary

talabat in Doha is expanding its grocery platform tMart across the MENA region. We are seeking Store Leadership to oversee our 30-minute grocery service starting in Qatar, with end-to-end store operations, staff management, and inventory control.

You will ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, schedule shifts, and optimize fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. 3–5 years in supermarket or restaurant is expected; English and Arabic are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant.
• Completed 1 yr with current sponsor (required in Qatar).
• Willing to learn and excited by new challenges.
• Strong communication and hands-on approach with several tools.
• Fluent English; Arabic would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations during shift: staff, scheduling, inbound receiving, stocking, pick and pack orders.
• Oversee end-to-end store operations and ensure stock levels through replenishment.
• Monitor inventory, perform stock takes and cycle counts; coordinate with demand planning.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, security, safety standards and high customer service levels.
• Lead improvements to increase productivity and profitability of the store.
