Job summary

Arla Foods Qatar is hiring a Merchandising Supervisor in Doha to lead our in-store execution and visibility across outlets. You will manage a team of merchandisers, ensure adherence to Perfect Store principles, and partner with Sales and Category teams to drive availability and share of shelf.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years FMCG merchandising experience, fluent English, and solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as FMCG Merchandising Supervisor.
Strong execution and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication skills and team leadership.
Proven track record in route planning and optimization.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Supervise merchandising team to ensure excellent in-store execution per Perfect Store Principles.
Motivate, develop and lead the team; provide training and follow-up.
Align execution priorities with Sales and Category teams.
Manage merchandisers payroll and vacation follow-ups.
Drive POSM usage in line with strategic guidelines and priorities.
Engage stakeholders at outlet level and support promotional events.
Review routings to ensure optimal setup and drive efficiency.
Own share of shelf targets and act as the voice of the business.
Provide market intelligence on competitor activity and promotions.
Lead expiry management and FIFO compliance across stores.
Ensure distribution and product availability per MSL across outlets.
