Job summary

MBK Global Additive Manufacturing in Qatar seeks an accomplished General Manager to establish and scale an additive manufacturing business focused on sovereign capability for Qatar and critical sectors.

You will lead feasibility, formation and commercial delivery, with accountability for strategy, operations, finance, people and risk, working with the CEO, Board and international partners to build a viable manufacturing capability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated record of establishing, scaling or transforming an industrial business with commercial and financial accountability.
• Experience delivering complex industrial projects where safety, quality and schedule are critical.
• Technical understanding of industrial additive manufacturing, materials, qualification and manufacturing economics.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the mobilization from feasibility to commercial delivery and profitable growth.
• Lead partnerships, governance, licensing and IP arrangements.
• Oversee the full delivery chain: engineering, manufacturing, post-processing, testing and qualification.
• Build a viable commercial pipeline and customer relationships for repeat orders.
• Establish robust quality, safety, traceability and supplier assurance processes.
