MBK Global Additive Manufacturing in Qatar seeks a General Manager to establish and scale a sovereign additive manufacturing business for critical sectors. Responsible for strategy, operations, finance, people, partnerships, and risk in a safety‑critical industrial environment.

Qualifications

Substantial oil and gas industry experience with asset integrity, reliability and supply chain.
Proven track record establishing or scaling an industrial business with financial accountability.
Experience delivering complex industrial projects where safety, quality and schedule are critical.

Responsibilities

Establish and scale a sovereign additive manufacturing business in Qatar.
Lead partnerships, governance and investment strategy with international partners.
Manage commercial development, finance, and operations to deliver profitable growth.
Oversee quality, safety, supply chain and delivery across the project lifecycle.
Build local capability through technology transfer and workforce development.
