Job summary

MBK Global Additive Manufacturing in Qatar seeks an accomplished General Manager to establish and scale an additive manufacturing business with sovereign capability for Qatar's critical sectors. You will own feasibility, formation, commercial delivery and profitable growth while managing strategy, operations, finance and risk.

Working with CEO, Board and international partners, you will build a viable manufacturing capability, manage IP, and lead a team to deliver enterprise-grade AM solutions

Qualifications

• Engineering or closely related technical qualification required.
• Substantial oil and gas industry experience.
• Experience delivering safety-critical industrial projects with emphasis on safety, quality and schedule.
• Sufficient technical understanding of additive manufacturing, materials and manufacturing economics.
• Experience managing IP, licensing or contract manufacturing arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Establish mobilisation plan, feasibility and investment readiness with Board oversight.
• Lead partnerships and commercial growth under explicit Board mandate.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery: concept to customer acceptance and post-delivery support.
• Ensure robust quality management, health & safety, traceability and risk controls.
• Recruit and develop a capable local team and establish governance.
