HSBC in Qatar is seeking a results-driven sales manager for Global Trade Solutions focusing on trade, supply chain and receivable finance for corporate clients. You will shape and execute sales strategies, convert client needs into proposals, and close complex transactions with cross-functional teams across product proposition and sustainability.

You will own the sales outcomes for a corporate portfolio, grow revenue from working capital solutions, and expand wallet share by deepening

Qualifikationen

• A full-time graduation degree of at least three years is essential for obtaining a Qatar visa and work permit.
• Demonstrable substantial sales experience in global trade finance with a strong track record of pitching and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Deep knowledge of global trade finance including structured trade products, market trends and competitive environment.
• Experience originating new-to-bank or new-to-trade opportunities and growing wallet share across an existing Corporate portfolio.
• Working knowledge of Credit and Risk and techniques to mitigate risk in structuring solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Corporate and Institutional Banking – Global Trade Services.

Aufgaben

• Own sales outcomes for a Corporate portfolio across Trade, Supply Chain and Receivable Finance.
• Grow revenue through working capital management products and services to maximise profitability.
• Strengthen wallet share across existing clients and expand penetration across group companies.
• Develop sales strategies to win new clients and generate new income including new-to-bank opportunities.
• Build and progress a robust sales pipeline from origination through proposal and closure.
• Partner with Senior Bankers and stakeholders to generate new leads and deepen relationships.
• Coordinate with Client Services and implementation teams for timely execution of complex transactions.
