Job summary

Advanced Search is seeking a Vice President to lead Global Trade Services product within a premier regional bank’s Global Transaction Banking team in Doha. You will shape the product strategy, drive lifecycle management and lead initiatives across Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions for an international client base.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage profitability, and guide pricing, risk and governance while delivering client-centric offerings and digital channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
• Master's degree or professional banking qualification viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development and lifecycle management of Global Trade Services products.
• Drive product innovation and develop client-centric Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions.
• Support the commercialization of Trade Services products across the bank's international network.
• Develop product pricing strategies, value propositions and profitability initiatives.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs and financial results while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Partner with Sales teams to support client acquisition, cross-selling and revenue generation.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal and Technology teams to ensure robust product governance.
• Lead digital product enhancements and support the evolution of Trade Services e-channels and partnerships.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and product opportunities.
• Support the structuring of complex trade transactions and provide product expertise across the organisation.
• Represent the bank at industry forums, conferences and client events while promoting the organisation's Global Trade Services capabilities.
