Job summary

QNB Group in Doha, Qatar seeks a seasoned Senior Vice President Treasury Sales International to lead the international treasury sales strategy and drive profitable cross-border business. You will manage KPI development, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Banking, Risk, Compliance and Group Treasury.

The role requires extensive treasury sales experience, strategic leadership, and the ability to work across diverse teams in a high-stakes banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or IT.
• Minimum 15 years treasury sales experience, preferably with corporate sales exposure in the Gulf.
• Excellent English in addition to Arabic with exceptional presentation skills.
• Strong CRM, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Implements and leads strategies to position treasury internationally and drive revenue.
• Manages international client relationships and cross-sell treasury services.
• Develops KPIs and monitors performance to achieve targets and improve efficiency.
• Liaises with Corporate Banking, Risk, Compliance and other units to ensure compliant, effective delivery.
